CANCELLATION POLICY

There will be a 30% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late without any notice, it will be considered a NO-SHOW, and your deposit will be forfeited. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will resume your service for the remainder of the time left. For example, if you are 30 minutes late for an 2 hr appointment, we will lash for thr remainder of the time, 1 hr 30 min. Any rescheduling or cancellation must be done 24 hours in advance. Your deposit will be used on your next appointment if it is properly rescheduled before 24 hours of appointment.
