CANCELLATION POLICY
There will be a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows, cancellations, and/or reschedules within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late without any notice, it will be considered a NO-SHOW, and your deposit will be forfeited. If you are more than 15 minutes late with notice, we can resume your service for the remainder of the time left. For example, if you are 30 minutes late for an 2 hr appointment, we will lash for the remainder of the time, 1 hr 30 min. Any rescheduling or cancellation must be done 48 hours in advance. Your deposit will be applied to your next appointment if it is properly rescheduled during the 48 hr mark.
